FIX WINDOWS 7 NOT GENUINE PROBLEM

 

  I know what most people think when they see any notification in red icon showing at the down right corner of their PC  screen, with the most frequent been your system might be at risk. In this case many
people are been thrown into believing that their system has been attacked by a virus or something. This is not so as sometimes your windows just requires your to do some settings on you notification tab.

    The other notification we get after some days or months of installing our windows 7 is the one that also appear in the down right corner of our Pc screen with the message “version of windows not genuine. This happen because since we are not using original windows, we cannot update our windows software’s to the latest provided by Microsoft online. This issue always occurs when your windows try to update and windows update then discovers that you are running on a pirated or cracked windows.

You can avoid this from occurring by stopping your windows update by following these simple steps

Goto control panel and locate windows update by simply typing it into the search space available at the top right corner of your screen when in the control panel environment. Then click on it (windows update), click on change setting at the top left corner of your screen, when or settings tab, change from install update automatically to never check for update then unmark the two or more check box below then click ok.

But if your system is already showing you windows not genuine, simply Follow the below steps to uninstall windows update first.

Step one
1. Goto control panel.
2. Click on windows update section.
3. Then click on view installed updates.
4. After it has loaded all installed updates, search for update “KB971033″ and click on uninstall then restart your system.

Step Two
1. Click on start menu.
2. Type cmd in search field or locate command prompt and right click on it to run as administrator.
3. When in command prompt area, Type SLMGR -REARM and press enter as shown below.

4. Now a confirmation window will POP up, simply click on OK and restart your Pc.
